LONG QUEUE FOR PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES

Dear Parents,
This is with respect to school fees payment, which was brought to the notice of the Principal last year 2007 in June PTA meeting. He had promised then to simplify but again this year 2008 also the same old method is followed. It is very difficult to stand in the scorching sun and pay the fees in serpentine queues.
School Fees should be paid for KG 2 to II standard on the 16/17th June 2008, nearly 900 students of A & B Sector classes will have to pay. The Extension Counter Time is open between 10.30 to 1.30 pm - 3 hours ie., 180 minutes x two days= 360 minutes .
Assuming that 1 minute per payment, only 360 payments can be made approximately, but the students strength is 900 approx., balance 540 parents will be in trouble. How is this possible?
Similarly for Standard IV to V students school fees should be paid on the 18/19th June 2008 nearly 600 students fees should pay in 360 minutes
Why not an alternative mode of payments like online ECS, Cheque, DD payment can be implemented. Even a DROP BOX can be kept in the school premises any body can drop the cheques or DD. The Bank may be advised to receive the fees payment by Cheque also .

Hope the Principal think and acts fast. -- RPF

Why is the school fees for wards of non-BHEL employees hiked so much?
The management does not bother to provide good teaching nor learning environment but has raised the fees all of a sudden.
The fees printed in the diary is different. The parents have not been informed by the school administration about the rise in the school fees.
One more issue that I would like to mention is that the teachers do not include and involve every child in extra and co-curricular activities. There is partiality always. Wards of employees i.e., teachers of the school are only mostly given preference to perform on the stage. Teachers try to understand the capability and talent of the child and use all of them uniformly.

I paid the fees the second day in allotted two days. I could finish my job in an hour. Still this is too costly. ECS/Net Banking would have completed reduced the time. Even if the school is not willing for ECS/Net Banking, allotting the Admission numbers for every day would be of some more help! For example, Admission number 18000 to 18250 for the day one, etc.

Mere claiming in the name that the school is managed by an international Foundation and the Principal Varadha is claiming that he is roaming all over the world would not suffice. In all matters the international standard should come out. Now a days there are very simple methods offered by the banks to transfer even crores of rupees into one account within seconds.where as, Varadha's international administration is harassing the parents to stand in the queues for hours together for making the payments. Is the administration wants to facilitate the parents or to punish? Kindly think it over and atleast do som, ething for the next academic year.

The next academic session is nearing. Hence, the RSK administration may think it well in advance whetyher they are going to simplify the methods in collecting fees or to harass the parents?
